The majority of our products are vegan and 100% cruelty-free. However, select formulations may contain beeswax (Cera alba), a natural wax produced by bees, which is clearly labeled. We ensure that any animal-derived ingredients used are ethically sourced and never tested on animals.

Shipping & Delivery
At present, KHYA Naturals is available exclusively online. We carefully pack and ship your orders directly to your doorstep, ensuring quality and freshness. However, we are excited to have an offline store soon and we will advertise the same.
Orders are typically delivered within 4–7 business days within India, depending on your location. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. However, if your product is damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, we’ll be happy to assist with a replacement.
