Khya Naturals has simple Shipping & Returns Policy for the products purchased from our website or APP.
Shipping Information
• We offer shipping across India and internationally, except for certain restricted locations. You can check delivery availability by entering your pin code or zip code on the checkout page.
• A shipping fee of ₹100 applies to all India orders below ₹999.
• Orders are dispatched from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, within 24-48 hours. In rare cases of delay, we will notify you via email, WhatsApp, or SMS.
• Our shipping days are Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. We collaborate with trusted logistics partners for safe and timely deliveries.
• While we try to accommodate special delivery requests (e.g., express shipping or specific delivery times), we cannot guarantee them. For confirmation, please contact us via WhatsApp or call before placing your order.
Domestic Delivery
• Deliveries within India typically take 3 to 7 business days, but may be delayed due to high courier loads, local conditions, holidays, natural calamities, or other unforeseen factors.

International Shipping & Customs
• Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional handling fees will be determined by the courier service at the time of delivery.
• Please review your country’s cosmetic import laws before placing an order, as regulations may vary.
• Khya Naturals does not cover customs or import duties—these charges must be paid by the customer.
• The shipping fee displayed at checkout does not include customs charges.
• If a customer refuses to pay customs charges, the package may be held, destroyed, or returned by the courier service. Khya Naturals will not be responsible in such cases.
• If a returned shipment reaches our warehouse, the refund will be processed after deducting shipping, return duty charges, and any applicable fees. If the shipment is not returned, no refund will be issued.
