Returns & Refunds
At Khya Naturals, we prioritize customer satisfaction. However, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products once delivered.
Returns & Refund Eligibility:
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or tampered product, report it within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp, along with supporting images/videos.
• For quality-related issues, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Khya Naturals is not liable for damage caused after delivery due to mishandling, incorrect application, or dissatisfaction with fragrance/shade selection.
• Exchanges are allowed only if the product is returned in original, unused condition with packaging intact. Once received, our team will verify the return before processing a replacement or credit note (refunds are issued in rare cases).
• Return shipping charges (₹150) and replacement delivery fees (₹150) will be borne by the customer.
